Domain Registration Terms & Conditions By submitting a domain registration request through NextGen Technology Limited, you authorize us to process your application and acknowledge that registration is subject to verification and approval requirements. Information Accuracy All information and supporting documents provided must be accurate, complete, and current. Applications containing false, misleading, or incomplete information may be rejected, suspended, or cancelled. Domain Registration Approval Submitting an application does not guarantee domain registration. All registrations are subject to domain availability, document verification, payment verification, registrar requirements, and internal approval processes. PNG Domain Requirements For PNG domain names, including .com.pg, .net.pg, .org.pg, and .ac.pg, a valid IPA Certificate is required. Additional supporting documents may be requested. Registrations are subject to the policies and requirements of the PNG University of Technology (UniTech). Fees and Payments All applicable fees must be paid in full before services are provisioned. Fees may include domain registration, domain processing, hosting, account setup, and security deposit charges where applicable. Payments are generally non-refundable once a registration request has been submitted to the registrar, except where required by law. Domain Availability Domain names are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed until the registrar has completed and approved the registration. Applicant Responsibilities By submitting an application, you confirm that you are authorized to register the requested domain name, the requested domain name does not infringe on any third-party rights, and the domain will be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Application Refusal or Cancellation NextGen Technology Limited reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel an application where required information or documentation is missing, submitted information cannot be verified, payment has not been received, registrar requirements have not been met, or applicable laws or policies have been violated. Limitation of Liability NextGen Technology Limited is not responsible for registrar decisions, processing delays, domain unavailability, or any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from a domain registration request. Privacy and Verification You authorize NextGen Technology Limited to verify the information provided, communicate with you regarding your application, process information through relevant departments, and share required registration information with the appropriate registrar solely for registration purposes. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea.

By continuing, the applicant agrees that NextGen Technology Limited may verify submitted information, issue invoice/payment requests, and process the request through internal Finance, Support, Management, and Provisioning review.
